Rotating Equipment Supervisor

1. Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience in Refinery Rotating Equipment Maintenance workshops of which at least four years in a similar position.
2. Strong knowledge in maintaining and repairing rotating mechanical equipment.
3. Strong knowledge in rotating equipment design, installation and maintenance.
4. Good knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles and working procedures.
5. Ability to assess equipment conditions from onsite inspection and interpretation of instruments.
6. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to perform work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Capable of handling multiple tasks. Good commands of oral and written English.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

1. Engineering / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
2. Preparing budgets, detailed cost plans and performing cost control.
3. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, preparing and analyzing costings for tenders.
4. Providing advice on contractual claims, valuing completed work and arranging payments to sub-contractors.
5. Participate in Technical Review in QA/QC and Engineering Works.
6. Checks and make sure that all necessary permits, licenses, etc. are in place prior to commencement of any commissioning activities
7. Reviews the vendor documents
8. Endorse / Hand over documents from contractors / suppliers at pre-commissioning completion stage confirming their acceptability.
9. Ensure that effective and efficient Quality / HSE Management System is established and followed in accordance with the standards.
10. Ensure that inspection and testing comply with the specified requirements
11. Carry out Quality Control Activities in accordance with the Project / Customer specification requirements.
12. Reviews, surveillance, witness all activities in accordance with Inspection and Test Plant (ITP) / Customer requirements.
13. Liaise on quality matters with project teams

Electrical & Instrumentation Technician

1. Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
2. Responsible for clearing post project punch items. Maintenance and repair of all electrical systems and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
3. Responsible for performing corrective activities and recording electrical maintenance activities and subsequent technical reporting as required.
4. Carries out fault finding and diagnosis of problems affecting plant and systems, taking corrective actions to anticipate and prevent downtime.
5. Assists in preparing and submitting requirements for spares and proposals for modifications.
6. Assist Maintenance Supervisor to identify maintenance and shutdown priorities in order to minimize downtime.
7. Assists in the supervision of contract electrical labour.
8. Field calibration of instrumentation utilizing proper test equipment;
9. Complete overhaul in shop environment to include component replacements, alignments and calibration to specifications of record;
10. Repair of signal transmission facility such as tubing, wiring, etc.;
11. Instrumentation to include pneumatic, electronic and digital equipment;
12. Fault analysis of hardwire relay logic, motor control circuits, motor power circuits and common utility / lighting circuits;
13. Installation of new control circuits, modification of existing instrument/electrical systems as requested, to include design, load and Implementation of new control logic.

CIVIL BUILDING SUPERVISOR

1. Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
2. supervise or manage quality systems implementation of capital projects.
3. Inspection Department is charged with the corporate responsibility for Inspection of materials and equipments purchased, equipments and facilities constructed and quality systems implementation in Capital Projects.
4. The incumbent will be assigned to one of the Projects Inspection Divisions within Inspection Department.
5. Supervise or manage quality systems implementation of capital projects, prepares inspection plan for major construction projects.
6. Initiate or conduct special studies for improving facilities or operations.
7. Provide specialized technical service in recognized engineering fields.
8. Act as consultant to undertake or coordinate complex engineering problems.
9. Act as the focal point of contact for project reviews and in technical matters related to his field of engineering.
10. The candidate will have frequent contact with middle management within Projects Management, Construction, Operations, and Mechanical Services Organizations to discuss and resolve engineering problems.

Piping / Welding Inspector

1. Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
2. Certified as welding inspector by AWS or CSWIP-Wl.
3. Quality management work experience in welding & mechanical construction for Oil & Gas facilities.
4. Confirmed working knowledge of applicable industry standards in welding, piping, and equipment installation such as ASME IX, ASME VIII, ASME/ANSI B31, .3.31.4/31.8, API-686, API RP2A.API-1104 AWS D1.1.
5. Excellent knowledge of applicable international standards.
6. 5 ~ 6 years experience in inspection preferably in major cross country pipelines.
7. Good knowledge in welding including weld inspection, preparation of welding procedures, conducting welder qualification tests and procedure qualification tests etc.
8. Thorough knowledge of Codes & Standards. Knowledge in interpretation of radiographs to applicable Code.
9. Good knowledge and experience in preparation of QC Dossier.
10. Confirmed full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods (ISO 9001).
